Income Fund
The
Royal Fidelity Premium Income Fund is a fixed
income mutual fund that invests in regional fixed income
securities to provide long-term, above average income and
capital stability with a moderate level of investment risk.
A mutual fund is a company that invests on
behalf of individuals and institutions with similar investment
goals. It pools the money of many investors and invests in
a wide array of securities, in this instance fixed income securities.
This provides diversification not otherwise easily obtained.

investments in fixed income assets for the Fund will include:
Government Registered Stock, Government bonds, Corporate bonds,
Government Agency bonds, Preference shares, Commercial paper,
Mortgage backed bonds, Collateralized receivables, Fixed deposits.
Fund shareholders can use their investments for tax purposes and claim it on
their income tax return.
